Sustainable & regional
Local and organic food tastes better and feels better, thats why try to source most of the ingredients from small farmers and local producers. It is important for us to know where our food is coming from and support small and medium entreprises in our region.
We also make an effort to reduce our waste in all departments from buffet items without packaging to reducing all print outs. Zero Waste is what we aim for.
