Dogs are most welcome in our hotel. Please inform us if you bring your four-legged family member when you book so we can allocate a suitable room for you.

We recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance. We are happy to assist with our insurance partner.

We only accept written cancellations. Cancellation fees apply for late arrivals or early departures. General terms and conditions for the Hotel Industry Austria apply. We charge the following fees:

• up to 3 month prior to arrival no fees
• from 3 month to 1 month  - 40%
• from 1 month to 1 week  - 70%
• in the last week prior to arrival - 90%

For any cancellation we charge an admin fee 150,00 EUR per reservation. For cancellation of last Minute offer we charge one night of the room rate. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

We accept payments in cash, by card (Master, EC, Visa) or bank transfers.

We recommend that you pre-book your skiing lessons. Please book your ski lessons when booking your rooms.  You can send us an email or use the reseveration form on our website. The pre-booking is non-binding, it secures you a space in the classed but it is no problem if you change your mind once you actually arrive here.

Our Spa is opened daily from 2pm to 7pm. Our pools and gym are opened from 8am to 7pm.

Starting Winter 2020/21: our Happy Kids Club is opened daily from 10am to 9pm (Saturdays from 5pm -9pm).
