Lamas are very special animals – very gentle and caring in nature! They have a calming effect on us humans, some say it is because of their beautiful eyes.
There is a South American saying that goes ” look a lama into its eyes and you will immediately fall in love”. Lamas are often used for different therapies with children.
We think its important to interact with animals , learn about their ways, understand the connections in nature . The lama trekking and other animal or farm encounters that we offer really add to the experience.
Our guided tours through the wonderful alpine forests with specially trained lamas are a real highlight of our weekly kids program. You can also book this amazing adventure as a private family experience. The lama trekking is available all year round.
Back at the Happy Kids Club we draw lamas and craft things to take home.
